Lost Packages & Delivery Disclaimer

We Are Not Responsible for Lost Packages

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the carrier, Curvaceous Curves is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Packages lost in transit
  • Packages delayed or misrouted by the carrier

If your package is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number to open an investigation.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is entered at checkout. Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

We are unable to redirect or recall parcels once they have been dispatched. Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at shopcurvaceouscurves@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist — however, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is being processed.
