Orders & Payment

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us immediately at shopcurvaceouscurves@gmail.com if you need to make a change. We cannot guarantee amendments once an order is being processed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout.

Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders arrive within 24–48 hours via Royal Mail tracked. USA orders take 1–7 business days (dispatched every Sunday). Canada orders take 4–5 business days. See our full Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to the UK, USA, and Canada.

My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
Please check your tracking information first. If you still have concerns, contact your carrier directly. Please note we are not responsible for lost packages — see our Lost Packages Disclaimer.

Refunds & Exchanges

Can I get a refund on my weight gain pills or ebook?
No. All sales on weight gain pills and ebooks are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on these products.

Can I exchange a clothing item?
Yes, we accept exchanges on clothing in its original unworn condition within 14 days of receipt. See our full Refund & Returns Policy.

Our supplements are intended for use by healthy adults. We always recommend consulting a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
